We conduct regular auctions of residential and commercial property and land. Our auctions are located at venues local to the properties.

We act for landowners in respect of potential Compulsory Acquisition of clients' land and property interests. These include businesses affected by road schemes, land affected by pipeline or overhead cables.

We advise businesses who require assistance with mitigating their business rates liability. This includes serving proposals to reduce or split assessments and removing heriditaments from the Rating List.

We have been engaged in the preparation of detailed reports to assist in third party determination of a dispute, including submission of reports for Court purposes.
